Ahmet BALCI graduated from the Accounting Department of Kocaeli University Kullar Vocational School in 1998, and completed his bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Anadolu University in 2003. While continuing his professional career, he began his master's degree in the Accounting and Finance branch of the Business Administration Department at Marmara University, graduating with high honors in 2005.

He successfully completed the Professional Competency exams organized by TÜRMOB and earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA / SMMM) license in 2006.

Throughout his career of over 22 years, he has worked as an executive in all areas of financial affairs—including accounting, finance, cost accounting, management accounting, R&D center tax applications, and budget & reporting—for numerous large-scale companies listed in Turkey's ISO 500 and Fortune 500. Following his extensive experience, he decided to continue his career as an Investment Incentives Consultant and Financial Trainer.

Currently, he provides consulting on Financial Process Reorganization, Investment Incentives, and Financial Training to companies operating across various sectors and provinces in Turkey. As a specialized professional in his field, many of his articles have been published in prestigious publications such as Dünya (Ekonomim) Newspaper, Lebib Yalkın Magazine, and Yaklaşım Magazine.

Furthermore, his book titled "Patron Olmak İstiyorum" (I Want to Be the Boss) has been available to readers in many bookstores since 2019.

BALCI, who is married and a father of two, continues to share his knowledge and experience in the sector.
