Kadir GENÇ

Kadir GENÇ graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Karamanoğlu Mehmetbey University in 2019. Prior to his undergraduate studies, he completed an English preparatory program. In 2023, he completed his master's degree with a thesis in Accounting and Finance at Kocaeli University. With his thesis titled "The Use of the Pre-Filled Tax Return System and Solution Proposals for the Disruptions Seen in the System (Income Tax Law)" authored during his master's studies, he contributed an important academic work intended to guide income taxpayers in their declaration processes.

He began his career in March 2021 in the Consulting department within the Vizyon Group. In this role, he provided strategic support in establishing accounting systems from scratch and managing the tax return processes for companies of various sizes. As of June 2022, he transitioned to the Full Certification department, also within the Vizyon Group, where he continues his professional work in tax audit and certification processes.

Currently continuing his professional career as a Senior Auditor Team Leader within the Vizyon Group, GENÇ uninterruptedly pursues his professional and academic development, and is presently making preparations to advance his education to the doctoral level.
