Mustafa KÜRKÇÜ

Mustafa KÜRKÇÜ started his professional career in 2000 within the Vizyon Group family. He worked in the Accounting Services Department until 2003, after which he continued in the Financial Consultancy unit. In 2012, he took over the management of the group’s Human Resources department and has been serving in the finance and management roles of the group since 2018.

Throughout his career, he has provided tax audit and financial consultancy services. Additionally, he has been involved in projects related to company acquisitions, valuation, mergers, divisions, changes of legal status, general assemblies, and other activities within the framework of the Turkish Commercial Code (T.T.K.). He has published several articles on professional topics.
